赴美带薪实习项目Internship/TraineeUSA Program是美国国务院在交换学者法案的框架下制定的一项针对国际大学生/专业人士赴美国企业实践自己专业知识与技能的文化交流项目，使用J-1签证。该项目的主旨是提供给那些有良好的人生规划，希望在所受教育专业领域发展，面对大学在校生或大学毕业12个月以内的应届生以及专业人士，提供一个赴美国企业进行专业实习培训和获得国际工作经验的机会。项目周期：12个月至18个月。
申请资格：
（1）
年龄21-34岁，应届大学/硕士毕业生（毕业未满一年）或有5年以上相关工作经验专业人士；
（2）
工作积极努力，认真负责；
（3）
外向乐观的性格，愿意与人沟通交流；
（4）
有独立生活能力，能够适应新环境；
（5）
愿接受挑战并渴望了解美国文化；
（6）
项目结束后必须按期回国；
（7）
有良好的英文沟通能力，通过中国项目组以及外方用人单位英文测试。
